All prices quoted are for coaching within London Underground Zones 1-2. Beyond Zone 2, an additional charge may apply.
Cancellation Policy
One-to-one lessons: lessons may be cancelled, or, when possible, rescheduled, free of charge up to 6pm the day before the lesson. After that time, the lesson must be paid for in full.
Group workshops: a 25% deposit is required when a booking is made. If the booking is cancelled at least three full days prior to the appointed date the deposit will be refunded in full. After that time, the deposit will not be refunded.
All-day workshops: a £120 deposit is required when a booking is made. The cancellation schedule is as follows: at least four full working days prior to the appointed date, the deposit will be refunded in full; at least two full working days before, 50% of the deposit will be refunded; less than two full working days before, the deposit will not be refunded.
